He’s sharing an office now w/Dr Talalight, so is open part time now, butut will be moving soon. His staff is great and when he sat down to discuss my case with us- he told us what he would do if I was Family. He is thorough & well educated in his field and he makes the effort to make sure we understand everything he said. He spent 78 minutes with us making sure we understood what is normal and what I have. I love a Dr who listens and wants me to understand my condition!
I liked Dr Soloman well enough but getting anyone on the phone is impossible. I have left messages because they wanted me to come to a follow up appointment after a round of prednisone. I told Dr.Soloman when he called to.check on me that I was going out of town and we agreed I would wait to start the medicine since I am a horrible insomniac anyway. We have been here for over an hour listening to the Dr and one of the women in the back argue loudly over some kind of order. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I don't even know where to start. When I was first diagnosed with iih (pseudoturmor cebri) I was referred to Dr. Solomon who told me that I had this illness because I was fat (which btw I am NOT) and if I changed my diet and lose weight it’ll go away. I immediately started looking for another doctor and with him being the only one of his kind in Huntsville, I’ve been driving back and forth to Birmingham for 2 years now.
