Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
