He prescribed high doses of benzos to me for over 10 years. Then up and left without giving anyone notice. Psych Nurse Practitioners were left to wean his patients off of medications they should have never been prescribed.
Good man and a decent doctor! Not happy with him just suddenly disappearing on me. It’s the only reason I give him 3 star rating. Just an uncaring man as far as I’m concerned.

this man should be avoided at all costs. he illegally prescribed controlled substances outside his license in another state. Kept me on benzos 3 yrs then dissappeared from his practice. I trusted him, feel violated. Hes also always like 20 minutes late to appointments.
Been working with this provider for over 20+ years and has never steered me wrong! Wish he was still practicing around here! The Fox Valley has lost such a brilliant doctor!
