This was my 4 year old's first visit. We sat in the back room for over an hour and left, after getting my copayment refunded. Never saw the doctor. Horrible first impression.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Would you recommend this asthma - allergy specialist to others? Absolutely Not

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this asthma - allergy specialist's office? Yes

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
