Dr. LoVerme grew up in New Jersey and attended the Medical Program at Boston University where he graduated in 1973. He was one of the first third generation students at the BU Medical School. He left the Northeast for his internship and residency, spending a year in Madison Wisconsin and three years in Denver Colorado. He then returned to Boston in 1977 for a Behavioral Neurology Fellowship. He met his wife Donna, and they moved to the North Shore where he has been in practice since 1979.
