Staff doesn't give a rip, Terrible office hours, they give you a 1 pm Appointment time but make sure you are aware they don't open the office from lunch until "after 1pm". Incompetent trashy nurse (Dr. Wilson's) Very rude, unhelpful and leaving you feeling like you were a bother. Dr Copeland makes condescending remarks, seems she cares very little about her career and patients. No wonder her personal life is as a mess and as professional. Called to speak with operator and machine gave no options stating operator unavailable! No human to answer calls.
Very rude and unprofessional staff from the doctor on down.
He has an exceptional bed-side manner. Takes the time to listen to you. He doesn't rush in and rush out. The office and nursing staff and very helpful and polite as well.

I am not from Alabama, originally. My home and my OB/GYN are in Texas! I have lived here in Alabama for over 10 yrs and I have visited other OB/GYN physicians, but always felt like another number.
