I have been seeing Dr. Raterman for hip pain. I've never felt like an annoyance to him or his staff, no matter how many questions I have. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but Dr. Raterman is a surgeon and this does sometimes happen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options for my hip.
