I contacted Steve Cohn when I was ready to sell my condo, as I had worked with him years ago when buying and selling other homes. This time, I worked with his entire team, and in particular, Stephen Pearson. He was knowledgeable and professional and took care of hiring the necessary people to make sure the property was clean and in good repair, as I had moved over two hours away. That was a relief for me not tp have to deal with that while getting settled into my new home. My condo sold without issues. They're a great team.

I recently worked with hedge reality and in specific stephen pearson. He is very thorough. He has very intuitive insight into the real estate market and is extremely knowledgeable in the practices of not only looking into but also obtaining real estate. He is extremely thorough and makes himself available to your needs.
