The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Simply the best choice for eye exams and glasses (or contacts). Very personable, super conveneint, respectful of my time and what works for my schedule. Dr Thompson takes time getting to know how and what my eyes need to do for me and then made excellent suggestions for my needs. No one had ever done that before! Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider treat their staff well? Very!
