Waiting rooms were standing room only. Five minutes with doctor. His female assistant was rude and condescending. He was nice but very brief and left me feeling like it was a waste of my time.
I had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery done in July 22, 2025 by Dr. O'Neil. I had no bruising at all. The pain was very manageable. I only needed pain pills the first day after surgery. Just Tylenol and ibuprofen 3-4 times a day and then used the ice machine they recommended. I was out of therapy in 8 weeks. He is a great surgeon and I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Staff is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Explains terms so I could understand.
