They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I like the personal attention the Doctor provides and the way he communicates with the children.
Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I feel like they could've been more patient with the first-time mothers that were visiting. They seemed a little too annoyed to have to answer their questions I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Absolutely not. They were extremely annoyed with every first-time mother Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
