SS VASCULAR Escondido location is AMAZING!!! They took my bluecross medi-cal insurance. I was referred by my podiatrist at Neighborhood healthcare. The medical assistants & the ultrasound technicians are friendly and super helpful. I had Dr. Stefan Moldovan. I felt cared for, along with his attention to detail to make sure every treatment was successful. I went from a pain level of 7-8 to a 1-2 after everything was done. I highly recommend them for all your vein problems and needs.

He performed a surgery for me to remove a large lipmoa. Did a great job and explained everything to me.
I went to Dr. Moldovan with severe Diverticulitis. I had been putting off this Surgery due to fear. He was so wonderful and the outcome was great. He's the man in my book!
Besides being a very nice guy, he's a very good doctor. I went in for colon cancer stage one, which turn into stage 3. I really think if it wasn't for him doing a great job on my difficult and ongoing problems and surgery's, I would not be alive today. Thanks to him and his staff for the excellent care at all times.
I have had multiple different surgeries by Dr Moldovan. All my outcomes have been great. I have complications with more than one and he has gone out of his way to make sure he has offered me the best options. He has always been honest with me about what to expect for outcomes and is always on the mark
Excellent!!! Patiently explained,with drawings, the problem, and the options available surgically. He was kind enough to make his recommendation. His staff is very caring & professional,as well.
