There were some things that made the visit not good before I even got to see the doctor. It took a very long time to actually get to that point and most of what happened prior to meeting him was not great. The lady at the front desk was nice, though. Dr Heupler took care of my dad and, now, my mom is his patient. He speaks to you, not at you. He answers questions and doesn’t rush your visit.
