Dr. MacLeod is a phenomenal doctor. Great bedside manner and really takes his time with his patients and their family. Made sure to explain everything and answer all our questions. He took great care of my mom! I was very impressed with all of the Loyola staff whether it was in the office or in the hospital. Dr. Hirmiz was also involved in my moms care and he also was very thorough and kind :)
Dr Macleod and his team are the greatest. I’ve had a few problems needing their oral surgery skills and besides keeping me relaxed they have done a tremendous job with never having a problem. Thank you so much to the whole team. I gave Dr Macleod 5/5 and highly recommend him for any oral surgery. He’s the best.
If you have public aid/Medicaid insurance this office treats you like an outsider, I felt extremely rushed the last time I was there, the doctor didn’t even attend me throughly, I felt like my concerns weren't taken into consideration and seriously, it was not a good first impression on a new patient who has extreme Tmj problems, and I’ve been trying to schedule a follow up appointment for months now and no response at all! It’s ridiculous! Im very disappointed!
After years of being shuttled to/from various drs/specialists in an effort to find answers and relief, the buck finally stopped with Dr. MacLeod. I have significant work ahead of me; however, I do not take for granted that I am in the best hands.
