I saw a new doctor yesterday and unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I've had issues with my hand for about a month and it was suggested by my OB to see my orthopedic doctor. As soon as I met Dr. Grinspun he came across as arrogant and made me feel stupid. He didn't even look at my hand just told me what was wrong, while yes he was probably correct I just don't think the way he came across was the most tactful. I've been calling their records department for three days all day and have gotten no answer. I'm pretty sure that entire department has all died or something. Or maybe they are looking for new jobs. In traditional Memphis fashion, they're lazy.
Dr. Ferguson and the staff were awesome. I was referred there by another Dr. not knowing what to expect but I recommend them!
My husband David and I both saw Dr. Mark Harriman yesterday for X-rays and steroid injections for his knee and my hips. We have both been seeing Dr. Harriman for 30 years and he is always smiling and so nice to us and also correct any issues we have had in the past. Everyone we met yesterday from the check in desk, his assistant and the X-ray technician were so professional and courteous. We had a great experience and were in and out in a short time!
