I started going to Dr. Randall after the junior dentists in a previous dental practice kept finding problems with my teeth that I really wondered about. His office is very professional, we always see him personally, and we have not had to have any unnecessary work done since switching to him. The staff are all great with my kids, to the point where we send a holiday card to the office every year. Highly recommended!

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my dental appointments.
