I got lucky in that there were only 2 doctors seeing patients, making the waiting room much less hectic. I've always had good interactions with Dr. Purdy. I am a retired nurse so he communicates on a medical physiological level that I can understand. He answers all questions without hesitation. And he's a great guy. Always friendly and relaxed.
Steven was great and directly addressed my needs. However, would have been nice to get bot eyes looked after instead of just one, seemed like they rush to get quick patient turn over
