Family of four. We have been going to Dr. Parker's office since he opened his doors in Vernon Hills. We are very happy with all his services. He makes best decisions and very helpful. Very responsive with emergency calls. Entire office personnel helpful and accommodating.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I went in for work, I specifically asked for only an exam because I did not have dental insurance, the lady was very understanding, as she wrote up an estimate for $140.00 for the exam an X-Ray. I agreed and signed the estimate for $140.00. I asked her to tell the dentist not to do anything else but the exam, I saw the dentist and he did whatever he does. Granted I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years I wasn't completely sure what he was doing in my mouth. After 10 minute

Stay away. Greedy. Don't see patients as valued customers.. Flat out misled me about what my insurance would cover, and wouldn't take responsibility. All they cared about was getting paid their ~$100. Were very rude and dismissive.

Please dont trust their service. They give you wrong estimates that you find after getting procedure done was not covered by insurance. They dont admit their fault and make you payable for all expenses, they lie to you and your insurance. They r only good, if you pay them even if its their fault, just b careful with their services.
