I’D RATHER FALL DEAD THAN COME HERE AGAIN! Drove from Hopkinsville to the Paducah location. I checked in at 8:43 for my scheduled 9:00 appt. After sitting for 45 mins and watching the waiting room clear out, I went to inquire about the problem. Another secretary that did NOT check me in, put me in as a NO SHOW! NO APOLOGY! Dr. Frossard took very great care of me when I was in the hospital. He's very caring and compassionate. He listens to you. Very professional and knowledgeable.
He did a procedure for my wife. The initial office visit was on time and no wait, they called us back before paper work was finished. The day of the procedure was the same way. Could not ask for a better doc!
One of the worst Doctor office visits ever. I get a phone call while I’m on my way to the office asking to reschedule for later the same day. No big deal, just short notice, so I obliged. I get there later fill out my paperwork however his secretary had a horrible attitude. I could tell she didn’t feel well which didn’t sit right with me either.
