On top of interrupting you. He asks you if you have any questions but talks down on you. And even disrespectfully interrupts you with any response acts as if you should have a medical degree of your own, then tries to market you expensive products, you can't afford.

I am an RN and have been treated rudely by doctors in the course of my work. However, a doctor should NEVER treat a patient as rudely as I was treated by Dr. Segebrecht. Before he even came in the room, he knew what he was going to tell me. When I asked questions, not only was he dismissive, but he treated my like an idiot for even asking. He rushed me out of the room quickly. I absolutely do not trust his diagnosis and will be seeking a second opinion. Strongly do NOT recommend. Does not listen, gets angry if reported symptoms are not the ones he wants them to be, wants to pray together after the appointment, and misdiagnosed (twice) a serious ear infection that ultimately led to permanent profound hearing loss in one ear for my son. I have had amazing care from other caregivers at this practice.

Try any other doctor in this office! If you need a doctor who listens, who takes time to understand complex medical histories before jumping in, avoid him at all costs! Try someone else in the practice, my usual doctor there is very good. When it was clear that he wasn't the type to listen to important considerations like topical anesthetics often not working at all, I should have left then. He was rude. I mean, if you like arrogance, rudeness, and lack of listening, by all means go see him.

We had my two year old daughters tubes put in her ears about a year ago, and we have had nothing but amazing experiences with Dr Segebrecht and his NP! They’re great with small kids.
