His nurses and office staff treat you disrespectfully, they are rude, they lie, and if you are expecting to be treated with kindness and compassion, forget it. They could care less. My husband has lung cancer and needed chemo. They made his treatment 100 times harder. He's a wonderful kind man they treated like a piece of trash. Dr. Richie is kind and knowledgeable. But you spend 95% of the time dealing with the nurses and the office staff.

It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Richey and his staff. He gives me the facts and lays out any future options. He answers any questions in terms I can understand easily.
