Love, love, love him. He’s so smart and yet he draws pictures about what he’s talking about so laypersons like me can understand. I just started using him for my battle with lung cancer and so far he has made each visit one that I look forward to. At a time when I’m scared and fearful of the unknown, he has always shown compassion and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I got a good report today and my journey now begins with my new best friend, Dr. Richey!
Dr Richey was my first oncologist following a very scary diagnosis. He is still my favorite of the three because he listens to me and has never pushed concerns aside. He has been spot on about everything from the beginning and I often have different symptoms than other people. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
Dr Richey has been my Doctor for over 6 years. He has always been very tentative and genuinely cares. Whether it is good news or bad news he spends as much time as I need for him to, explaining exactly what is going on. During the past years I've had 9 malignant tumors. Dr. Richey didn't hesitate to investigate and seek the right treatment. I have been cancer free for 5 years now. Dr. Richey sees me every 6 months to make sure i stay cancer free.
This man has absolutely no business being an oncologist. He is rude and doesn't care about his patient's well being. His bedside manner is horrible and don't even think about going to him with side effect symptoms. He will not care about anything you have to say. Don't waste your time because he is a jerk!
