He was very rude and inconsiderate to my loved one who is suffering deeply from depression, anxiety, and other issues. He told her what she was going through was perfectly normal and that they don’t even treat anxiety (mental health) there. He barely saw her for 24 hours and didn’t assess her properly after she’d been seeing a therapist for 3 months and she was referred by her therapist to check in.
