Very rude and unprofessional.
Wow. Quite shocked. I just phoned to inquire about scheduling a consultation and Mr. Kaplan immediately assumed that I was out to waste his time. Stated that he doesn't consult with anyone that's not his client. Well Einstein, how do you expect anyone to become a client, if they haven't met you first?? You very ignorantly stated that you don't provide "free" consultations. The words "free" were never uttered from my mouth.
