I had originally given the company a poor rating. When one of the owners, Steve, saw it, he called me & resolved the issue to my utmost satisfaction.I had used the company for over 7 years & never had a problem. This time it was different. Our old Lennox we purchased from Denney was starting to fail. They replaced it with a new Trane and we are back to being cool. Great job by all.
