Bad service , very rude , with an attitude, didnt help with problem, left us alone for 5 days with emergency situation . Would not recommend to anyone.

Based on our notes it was for a garage mini split cooling and not one of the other 8 AC systems that cool the house. When our technician was there he found nothing wrong with the system initially. ****** performed a mini-maintenance service for the air conditioning systems for my home. In the process of doing that work, he noticed that the Remi-Halo device was making a buzzing sound. Upon inspection, he found that the device had a defective transformer. He replaced the transformer and eliminated the buzzing sound entirely. The replacement was covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
