My husband had a bad experience. He went in for an endonoscopy. Everything was not explained. They stretched his esophagus and took a Biopsy. They did not explain to me or my husband that there could be severe symptoms from any bleeding. When we got home that night at 3:00am he was vomiting blood and had black stools. We ended up at the ER and they said if he had lost anymore blood that he would've had to have a blood transfusion. This was not good.
