I went to see Dr. Mandy, and during my visit, he performed a biopsy due to concerns about suspicious skin cancer. A week later, I received a call from an assistant telling me it was precancerous. They immediately scheduled me with another doctor I had never met before! Frustrated, I turned to the UHealth app's messaging system to seek confirmation about my diagnosis. “Yikes” is the term I would use to describe my interaction with this doctor. No need to harp on repeated complaints, read through the numerous other 1-star reviews. Not sure where the 5s are coming from. My recommendation? Find another doctor.
Pretty efficient and straight to the point. Knowledgeable doctor.
Terrible approach, terrible bedside manner, terrible environment. Dr. Mandy is the worst "doctor" that I've ever seen in my life. His staff was super friendly and welcoming but wow, as soon as he entered the room it felt like I was dealing with a miserable, frustrated person. Just came back from my appointment - or my disappointment I should say. Should've checked the terrible reviews first, because they're totally justified. Dr. Mandy was with me for 3 minutes - even though I'm sure he's being paid by my insurance for much more than that. He didn't take the time to listen to almost anything of what I had to say.
