I had an incredible experience with Dr. Stephen Gilbert and his office in West Ashley. His amazing office manager fought tooth and nail with my insurance company every single day for over a month to get approval for my Subclade shot. No other doctor had ever put in that kind of effort for me. Thanks to their persistence, I finally received the treatment and I feel absolutely amazing now. Dr. Gilbert and his team went above and beyond what anyone could expect. More doctors should be like them. Highly recommend!

Best rapport I've had with a doctor. Treated me like everyone else as anyone with prior addiction issues knows how hard that is to find from medical professionals.
Dr Gibert and Miss Michelle at the front are by far the greatest duo in town. The office provides exceptional care and goes beyond to ensure their patients are taken care of and get appointments scheduled conveniently... they are the epitome of caring, hardworking and NEVER LAZY!
