Quiet, Friendly, A++ Location I love the look and feel at 12 South Magnolia. It has a historic charm with a modern finish. Linda was a wonderful tour guide and genuinely wanted to know what was most important in my apartment search. The units I saw were spacious yet cozy with modern appliances, fixtures, and finishes. There are so many spots onsite to hangout with friends and neighbors. (Might end up napping or reading in one of the hammocks sometime soon!) just know that the customer service doesn’t extend after you’ve moved in I loved living here until RAM took over. First they hiked my rent $300 and then when I inquired why so much (a 25% hike) they told me to ask my boss for a raise. Then I found out after raising my elderly downstairs neighbor’s rent $300 the first year, they jacked it up another $800. In a period of several weeks, both downstairs neighbors and my across the hall neighbors all moved out. My building has been empty since January. My life has been constant i... read more

Verified Renter Just recently moved in and I’ve loved it. They have had great customer service and communication thus far. I’ve loved their desire to continue to improve the quality of living in the complex with recently adding hammocks.
Verified Renter Some things have gone downhill since the new management took over, and the rent increase last year was crazy. 19% increase in one year! The staff and maintenance are great. They’re good at what they do, and seem to be passionate too.
