My visit was about 2 hrs ago and im sure nothing has changed with this clinic on Mansfield rd. This was my 1st time seeing a podiatrist, stephen ertz is the worst!! He's rude and didn't do anything but talk about what he wouldn't do he wasn't going to remove the clogged sweat gland on the bottom of my foot bc it would leave a scar! He's anembarrassment to the medical field!! And then had the audacity to bill me for a so called surgery! The females when you walk in were also rude and depressing! These people are so RUDE !!! I should had listened to the other reviews!!! The nurse, who never introduced herself to me, (long black hair) took a attitude with me as soon as she took me back. Told me I had to write all my meds down, that she did not have time. Even slammed the door when she walked out mumbling under her breath. Now Dr. Ertz shouldn't even have a medical license!!!
