Dr. Smith messed up my eyelid surgery so bad. My eyelids are still purple 6 mo. Later. Left eye had to be redone in his office. His solution was to tell me to get plastic surgery. No bedside manner and no compassion and obviously no skill.
Dr. Smith was very helpful. I have been having issues with my eyes for years. Many other doctors have told me that there is nothing wrong with my eyes. Dr. Smith's staff was very kind and listened to my concerns. When it came time for me to see the doctor I was already feeling wonderful about my eyes and the care I was receiving. Great, professional eye doctor and surgeon
I have been having trouble getting glasses to work for me for many years now and my vision has not been very good. Dr. Smith did left eye cataract surgery for me on Tuesday 8/31/21 and I have perfect vision in that eye now! It is so awesome!!!! The surgery was so easy and now I can see without my glasses. I'm so happy! I highly recommend Dr. Smith!
I loved Dr. Smith! He was very helpful and very affordable. All of the staff was kind and wanting to help. Thanks so much for the great experence.
Smith misdiagnosed me twice, and the third time I returned with the same symptoms he referred me to a "specialist", (found out it was something very simple). They CHARGED for the third visit, even though he referred me out to someone else! I even spoke with his office manager in this regard before I left voicing my disapproval of having me schedule and come back third time for the same problem only to refer me elsewhere. To add insult to injury, you charge me? Shame on you and your greed!
Dr. Smith has taken excellent care of my eyes, using the latest technology. I'm pleased to have him as my eye doctor.
