We have built homes before, but our experience at Stephen Davis Home Designs was absolutely wonderful. I was introduced to them by a builder that suggested their plans, I purchased a stock plan from them and I had them do some modifications, they provided what I needed. The plans was hard to tell the amount of attic space in my particular plan, I ended up with huge attic and perhaps paid for unusually tall and spacious space that is unused. I was later told by my builder that this is typical of this designer.
