This doctor took the time to express his confidence in a surgeon's medical advice, at a time when our premature baby needed major surgery. Though I can't speak to his medical skills, I can say that his bedside manner and medical knowledge gave us the confidence we needed to proceed when another doctor found himself too important to take the time to discuss a prognosis. We're rather grateful for his assistance in making a major decision in our child's life.
