I sincerely wish I could give negative stars. My husband and I went to the office of Dr. Stephen Coulson to initiate care. Under my healthcare policy, we're supposed to pay $30 per office visit. After our first visit, we did as the doctor instructed. Came back for our lab work, then went back to the doctor to review our labs. But when we got the bills, we were billed hundreds of dollars for just an office visit, and even more for our lab work.
