I went to this office because it was close to my house. I needed a broken tooth extracted and they said over the phone they could do that. They even got me in the same day which was amazing. But after x-rays, the Dr. Conrad said the he could extract but refused to and said he would have to refer me to an oral surgeon because extraction was barbaric and he could save the teeth. My husband is a long haul trucker. It's hard to find Dr's who will see him on short notice when he's in town. I can schedule appts for when his "home" time is suppose to be but inadvertently there is always a load, so home time isn't necessarily when we schedule it. Dr Conrad & his staff understand that & got us in when Dave came home. When we realized he needed a crown, fillings and a cleaning, I could only think "great....he'll be driving around til January with a temp crown & sensitive teeth." I was so wrong!! From the moment I walk in the door, I feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming!! My appointments run ON TIME!! Truly a VERY pleasant experience -- It is so nice NOT to dread visiting the dentist!
Dr. Conrad and his staff are wonderful.
