Been a patient for 2 years thought at first he was great but after going to him over time I agree he loves his laptop and writing scripts and lab work ups Been a thyroid patient since 2000 and have not found a doctor who truly listens to me. He's also forgetful when I come into the office he has to look at my chart and say oh ya your the one who taked two different medicines not very professional in my opinion
He claimed to be an endocrinologist but he is not. Screwed me up big time. Took me a long time to get back to normal with the help of a real doctor and I still don't feel normal yet.
Dr. Castorino took his time with me answering all my questions. Very attentive doctor. I am glad I found such a caring doctor.
Dr. Castorino is an excellent Dr. / One of a kind. Friendly, Caring, Compassionate, Very professional... always gives a very accurate diagnosis. The patient is always a first priority on his list. He will always listen, asks questions and literally gives you the best treatment possible that exist. I know what I'm saying... I'm 45y.old and his patient for a few years now. His office people are unprofessional . He does not take emergency after hours calls. Not good medicine.
I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Castorino since he had such high reviews on all of the doctor review sites, but the person that I spoke to on the phone was very rude about my insurance plan. She actually told me that it didn't pay them very well and she pretty much made me feel bad for even wanting to come and see him. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years, and would have never ever dreamed of telling a patient this! I've lived in Vegas for 18 years and have FINALLY found a doctor I can call my own. I LIKED this guy AND his staff. He was attentive, interesting, full of ideas, and, most of all, he's HUMAN. He's a true winner in my book.
I love this doctor he listens and spent an hour with me reviewing all my history and labs. My diabetes has never been in such great control. I owe my life to him.
The front office staff are great..."Dr C & I spend lots of time together" going over the best course of treatment for me. Not too many Doctors give that much time to their patients.
