Very nice staff and the DR and Nurse were very helpful and throughly explained every step of what would take place
I had a minor procedure done on my face by Dr. Baker about two months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. I had a awesome experience
Customer service was awful and rude. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived 45 and no one in the office for 15 min. Finally lady walks in and says you here for a 1:30 I said yes. Well folks are at lunch I help you at 1:30. So I waited and then they helped a lady that arrive 25 minutes after me first. Finally I get placed in a room only to wait an additional 35 minutes with no one ever coming to check on me. The room was dirty. I can actually see footprints on the floor. I Never met the doctor.
