A few years ago I had a tooth pulled by this guy because he was on my plan. Since then I forgot what the dentists name, I forgot about writing a bad revirew because the people @ the office were azzholes. His assistant was a b1tch. The office always does their best to work me in the event of an emergency so I dont have to suffer too long. Work is great , cost is low . Not out to gauge us to make a profit - just a great dentist. Office is friendly and they actually remember who you are ... highly recommend this office. Wish their hours were longer but we cant have everything ....
Bad customer service. I emailed through their website to schedule an appt, it took them about a week to get back to me. I had also emailed them my insurance info in advance. They told me to call them to schedule an appt. So, I did, theyre only open Mon-Weds, but set an appt. Asked them on the phone to take my insurance info to make sure they take it. I believe he performed unncessary and expensive work on my mouth, including a root canal that was supposed to be just a filling. The hygienist is pushy, but the receptionist is very nice.
I just read the previous review on Dr. OBrien, and all I can figure is the person who wrote this must be trying to weasel out of paying his bill!!!! Dr. OBrien has been my dentist for years, and has always been totally informative about each treatment every step of the way. His office goes over costs in detail and definitely gets my consent on everything. Dr. OBrien provided me with the best dental experience I could ever ask for, he make two white crowns that matched my teeth perfectly! and the nitrous oxide was great :) I got a sonic coupon too!! Thank you OBrien Dental team for taking such good care of me.
Dr OBrien is a splendid dentist. He is very professional and I recommend him to all my friends. Dr OBrien takes a real interest and makes you feel like everything will be alright. He preformed a Wisdom Tooth Extraction on me that made all the other dental work I've had done look like complicated surgery. He is very knowledgeable and up-front and I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. OBrien was great!! I am a new patient and I was very very happy with him. I have been ripped off by other denist... if he says it needs to be done then it needs to be done. ... very imformative, not pushy, and all cost up front.... plus he is cheaper than most offices. I was very happy with his office.
I rated this office as average. It wouldnt be fair to the dentist to rate them as poor but the staff needs an attitude adjustment.We used Mr OBrien last summer because he was on our plan. At the time there were at least a couple of comments warning about his pushy assistant. The scheduling lady seemed pleasant so we decided to try them anyway.It appears that his work was ok but we sure didnt save any money here and the experience was not fun.
