We’ve worked with Steve on the purchase of two homes and selling of one. Not only did Steve make sure we ended up with the perfect house in this crazy market, but he really took the time to get to know us and our son. (After our son was born, before we bought this last house, he brought us a gift for him. Most realtors aren’t that thoughtful! ) I also recommend Stefan as well. When Steve wasn’t available due to a personal event, Stefan helped us without hesitation. I highly recommend Northwest Service Realty!
Steve is a great realtor to work with. Not only have I closed numerous VA purchase transactions with him but he also helped me find my house years ago. Since then, he's help 3 of my 4 brothers buy their homes in the past few years. The only reason the 4th brother hasn't bought yet is because my brother is not ready. I know that Steve will be ready to jump in at a moment's notice as soon as we give him the go ahead. You can trust his years of real estate experience the Portland/Vancouver area.
I would definitely buy or sell a home again with Steve. Class A service and support throughout the entire process.
