Dr. Williams and his staff, (Jared, you are the best), are amazing. Dr. Williams told me exactly what was going to happen and it did. Exactly what he said would happen did, I totally respect him for his honesty. It was a horrible time but him and his crew made my treatment bearable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
So I saw dr.sarah ray today and she ordered a phalbadamy. Ok. I asked her if my wife rn 24 years could accompany me. I'm hard of hearing. Dr.sarah said no problem. The male nurse with the beard had a meltdown when I told him Sarah Ray approved my wife being there. He went off in a buff like he was spurned by his gay lover and we had to wait while staff figured out what to do with me. I know of staff that were employed at steelhead and quite to drive to grants pass. We both had a laugh at the male nurse hissy fit
I’m so thankful for the whole staff and Dr. Williams is great. We started a tough relationship with them over 4 years ago. They made that time in our life easier to go through. Almost 5 years later, they still care, still check on my loved one, if there is something going on with him I like to keep them updated just in case the Cancer returns. They are always so caring and understanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Williams has always been very upfront with me from the beginning. The first appointment he tried to sugarcoat things, but I made it clear that I wanted the blunt truth so that's what I have received from that point on. He's an amazing doctor and has excellent staff. I'm extremely grateful to have them in this crazy journey. I can really tell that they all care about us patients.
Staff is friendly and helpful. But that's all I can say. Dr Williams never takes time to listen to a question or concern. Also caught him in several lies. Stage 4 cancer is freighting enough but having a Dr who spends maybe 5-10 minutes with you, haven't looked at your scan films, reports or doesn't listen to your lungs does not give you any confidence with your care. However they are very quick to bill your insurance by the thousands each time.
