Very attentive, helps patient quickly
I was suppose to see someone there. But the paperwork that got sent was not right. I was being told a couple different things about my paperwork. Which was a red flag. There referral coordinator the last time was very rude and treated me like I was a kid and like I was stupid. I also live in a area of elderly people, so I have to becareful because of moderate to severe asthma. I also in the past have been a victim of Identity theft. I found Dr Williams lacked any communication skills. Sits there reading your notes in his laptop. Can't ask any questions because he's out the door. Twice I was prescribed wrong medicine, it was one of the techs that changed them. It got so bad I threatened to quit treatment. When I asked to be switched to Dr Weiss Dr Williams said no and I could damn well go to Eugene. My advice is if you need an oncologist go to Dr Weiss!!!
Dr. Williams and his staff, (Jared, you are the best), are amazing. Dr. Williams told me exactly what was going to happen and it did. Exactly what he said would happen did, I totally respect him for his honesty. It was a horrible time but him and his crew made my treatment bearable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
So I saw dr.sarah ray today and she ordered a phalbadamy. Ok. I asked her if my wife rn 24 years could accompany me. I'm hard of hearing. Dr.sarah said no problem. The male nurse with the beard had a meltdown when I told him Sarah Ray approved my wife being there. He went off in a buff like he was spurned by his gay lover and we had to wait while staff figured out what to do with me. I know of staff that were employed at steelhead and quite to drive to grants pass. We both had a laugh at the male nurse hissy fit
