All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (front staff, billing/referrals, Sarah Ray). The nurses at the infusion site are incredible. Very friendly and personable, and good at starting IV’s! They bring light to a difficult time in people’s lives. 5 A+
I don't understand the bad reviews for Dr. Williams, my husband came in for a consultation and Dr. Williams was very informative and answered all my questions.
We have had the best care at the Stealhead cancer center! Sara Ray has been the best listener, and proactive care giver. Under her orders my husband has gotten blood work, iron infusions, blood transfusions, and is doing a lot better. Thank you all.
Very attentive, helps patient quickly
I was suppose to see someone there. But the paperwork that got sent was not right. I was being told a couple different things about my paperwork. Which was a red flag. There referral coordinator the last time was very rude and treated me like I was a kid and like I was stupid. I also live in a area of elderly people, so I have to becareful because of moderate to severe asthma. I also in the past have been a victim of Identity theft.
