Appointment at 9 am, arrived 10 minutes early and was taken at scheduled 9 am. Appointment was completed under an hour. (50 minutes)
Each person was a pressing and did their respective job well
Entire staff is commendably professional and courteous
Took 2.5hrs for routine eye exam. Waiting around too much considering actual time spent with doctor was about 15 minutes.
