Very thorough eye exam and nice demeanor. I have been patient for many years. Dr Gollance did my cataract surgury, I was nervous but all went well. I feel like I get very good and reliable care.
I waited longer than I felt I should have. Dr. Gollance is very thorough, however, I do not feel comfortable asking questions because of his 'stand-offish' manner.
Office visit flowed smoothly. Very comprehensive exam.
It is very difficult to communicate with this doctor. You must ask open ended quetion to get a one sentenance answer. He is not patients centric doctor. Very poor bed side manners. I should have followed my instinct for not selcting this doctor and office in first place!)

Dr. Gollance was doing laser surgery on my left eye. Everything went quickly and easily. I was in and out in less than an hour.
The entire office staff has a professional warmth, professional and caring Dr Gollance is proficient and personable
