Tried to take my husky here this morning. I ended up leaving because I felt pressured about shaving my husky. We have been going to the same groomer for years however we moved to ponchatoula and looking for someone closer to us. I specified I only wanted a bath and nail trim. Huskys aren’t supposed to be shaved or trimmed it ruins their coat and does NOT make it cooler for them. All I can say is THANK GOD for this place !!! Stephanie is a God send and is so sweet with the animals she works with and very understandable. Her 1st priority when it comes to her job is definitely the pet itself, making sure they’re comfortable, healthy, and presentable. HIGHLY recommend and DEFINITELY will be returning !!!!!

I took my pups here based on the great reviews... not only did she scalp my yorkie and refused to take responsibility for it she gave her to a rescue group by mistake. When my husband got there to pick them up she realized what she did. Of course I was beyond upset and she told me it was no big deal! Needless to say I will NOT be bringing my pups back here! Very disappointed!
