I was trying to order two flowers for a funeral. One flower from a company and one flower personal (two credit cards). Stephanie's flowers email receipt to me had the names mixed up on the credit cards and only showed one card message. When I called to straighten this out I was told many things: The messages would be correct from to the third party vendor. I did not get what I ordered. Called and they blamed 1800flowers .., however I paid $92 with shipping and got this. 1 pic Was what I thought I ordered and the 2nd pic is what I received. It was for my grand mother’s memorial service. Very dissatisfied!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in a long time!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR BREATH CALLING THIS PLACE!!! I wish I would have looked at reviews today before I called!!! I called Stephanie‘s flowers and I have to say they were the RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have had to deal with in a very long time! flowers nothing like what I ordered. Teleflora has a standard and this florist failed
My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day the week before to be delivered and the day went by and they had not been delivered at all. They did not answer their phone the 8 times we called. I went up there and got them myself. They were letting the phone ring. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
