Made a first time wellness appointment for $25 through the website. Vet and staff were very helpful and kind. I ended up being charged $160 because the “deal does not include exotic pets” which was not specified on the website. Annoyed by this but otherwise positive experience
From the moment I walked in the door until I left, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Fahy examined and treated my ill parakeet. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained every step as she went along and asked if I had questions. She also taught me things I didn’t know about parakeets and their diet. We love South Wilton Vet Group. The staff is amazing and no one is better than Dr Fahy. We are so happy that Bailey has such a great team looking out for her.
I love this practice - they take amazing care of my bun! Highly recommend.
