Dr Williams is warm, professional, and extremely attuned to her patients.
I called the office on a Thursday and was told someone would get back to me the next Monday or Tuesday. It has been 23 days, I have left several messages but still have had no return phone call. I can’t speak for the skills or professionalism of Dr. Williams or the therapists under her supervision in this practice. However, this sort of help is a time sensitive issue for many people including myself, and I wouldn’t be confident recommending a practice that lets patients fall through the cracks.
Stephanie is the easiest counselor to talk to. She genuinely cares about my mental health and safety. After coming to know her, I can honestly say that I will never seek out another therapist. I will follow her until she no longer practices!
