Genuine, friendly, & caring. The PCP that my wife & I see recently referred us to Dr. Oberhelman. Now that we are both under Dr. Oberhelman's care we have had a great deal of stress related to the care that we had been receiving lifted off of our shoulders!
I have found her to not be able to properly deal with the severe varicose veins. I had many procedures and as time went on I began to realize my symptoms were getting worse. She they were not willing to admit that. I am now having fixed what a vascular specialist is able to fix. I have nerve damage that cannot be reversed. While doing the procedures the staff was very unprofessional. They were discussing vacations, salaries, and other personal business affairs. I was floored.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, I could tell each staff member genuinely cared for me. Thank you!
My husband had an exploratory laproscopy procedure which was a high risk due to previous surgeries and she did a wonderful job on him, we are so thankful for her, her assistant Ericka, and her staff
Everyone is very helpful and explains anything you have questions to the fullest. Brandon was great at telling me what was to be expected, how and why things were done and what caused some of the problems to begin with.
