I'm a first time mom and this experience was truly horrible. She doesn't seem to care at all. Not particularly rude, but you can tell she doesn't even want to be there nor does she actually care or show interest in your child or the parent with questions. Focused on the computer more than half the time, trying to rush out of the room. I was left dumbfounded after I left. My next appointment was with David Coulter Kwee and it was MUCH better.
