Please do NOT go to this dermatologist, Dr. Rodolfo E. Chirinos. He is extremely unprofessional, wastes people’s time, and is dishonest. He told me to come back for a second visit to take a sample and specifically confirmed that I did not need an appointment and would not be charged another copay. I paid for the first visit, and he didn’t even spend 45 seconds with me in the exam room. It was pathetic and highly unprofessional.
