The staff at this office are very rude especially the manager Maria. She tried to overcharge me and make excuses for charging me.
Please do NOT go to this dermatologist, Dr. Rodolfo E. Chirinos. He is extremely unprofessional, wastes people’s time, and is dishonest. He told me to come back for a second visit to take a sample and specifically confirmed that I did not need an appointment and would not be charged another copay. I paid for the first visit, and he didn’t even spend 45 seconds with me in the exam room. It was pathetic and highly unprofessional.
