she was horrible, I do not think she knows how to use the Invisalign which by the way was not Invisalign. she also charged over the amount promised and when it was called to her attention she did nothing. she is a bad dentist from an administravuve perspective and does nothing but suck the pockets of unassuming people
good at her job, bad at picking, I don't know why she has not fixed the desk lady,she costing her money.
The most rude, ill-mannered admin staff I've ever experienced. Was unable to make an appt do to a rude receptionist by the name of "Ricki" who refused to make my appt--each time I called she was too busy to check the schedule. On top of this she was ill-mannered and immature. When I tried contacting the office by email to notify them of the issues, guess who called me back? You guessed it "Ricki". I have been going here for 2 years and never really had a problem. The receptionist Rhiki may be the most miserable person ever. She must be related to Stephanie, she never called me back as she said she would on several occasions. Never checked with my insurance like she said she would on several occasions and is just plain rude. I would avoid this place at all costs.
The worst receptionist I ever came across ever. She is not friendly at all and very rude, does not smile or greet. He hesitates and does not like answering any of your questions. She brings the total negative energy of the whole place, feels like as if you are getting service from a 3rd world country. If you call, she does not pickup the phone many times.. Do NOT go here! I recently went for my second visit, I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time and "Dr.Dickson" left before the hygenist finished cleaning my teeth. I have been having sereval issues with my teeth and I was forced to leave with sereral unanswered questions. I think it is very unprofessional for her to leave before my visit was complete and I did not receive a call the next day regarding the status of my x-rays! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! Please finad another dentist.
Dr. Dickson and other staffs are great except her worst receptionist, rude and not being helpful.
Really enjoy my dental experience with her. She answered all my questions and I left feeling really good about my dental hygiene. The front desk was very informed about my insurance benefits, polite and explained the pricing of my treatment in full detail.
Dr Dickson and the hygenists were fine in previous visits, but her administrative staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpfu each timel. I needing help for a dental emergency, was given an appointment, then 20 minutes before the alloted time, received a phone call saying that they couldn't see me until they received a fax directly from the organization offering my dental discount (not insurance) in which they participated authorizing me.
